As the main representative of Gansu chip enterprises, Huatian Technology was founded in 2003 and listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007. It is one of the few semiconductor packaging enterprises in the world that can provide wafer-level system packaging at the same time. At present, Huatian Technology has built three domestic industrial bases in Tianshui, Gansu Province, Xi 'an, Shaanxi Province and Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, and established overseas bases in the United States and Malaysia, forming a global layout of integrated circuit packaging and testing industry.
