The difference is huge.
The 5-nanometer chip is currently a high-end process, while the 90-nanometer chip is a low-end process. The 5-nanometer chip is made by high-end euv extreme ultraviolet lithography, and the 90-nanometer chip is made by low-end duv deep ultraviolet lithography. The other two processes have a very large difference in the number of transistors inside the chip, about 10 billion transistors inside the 5 nanometer chip, and only tens of millions of transistors inside the 90 nanometer chip, so the difference in computing power between the two is very huge.
