2) EXB841 has a high degree of integration, but the protection adjustment for different switching frequencies is not convenient;
3) M57962 has large driving capacity and is suitable for high-power single-tube IGBT, but it cannot adjust the desaturation protection time like EXB841, and the action speed is too slow.
4) MC33153 is a single IGBT driver chip used in medium and high power [1], with current protection, device desaturation protection and undervoltage protection functions, and the chip can flexibly set the action time of desaturation protection.
