    Our common chips are usually divided into four categories, 1. Civilian (consumer),

2. Industrial grade,

3. Automotive grade

4. Military grade (aerospace grade).

    At present, the highest specification chip we can access is the car gauge chip. Compared with consumer chips, car-gauge chips can withstand more extreme temperatures and use environments.  

    Since the military-grade, car-gauge chip is so powerful, it is not OK for all chips to meet the standards of high-level chips as far as possible? Chip classification is not so simple, it actually involves the whole process of circuit design, manufacturing process to the final test selection of the chip, and high-specification chips are not necessarily applicable to other levels of the environment.
