(1) Before using the crane scale, the corresponding battery should be loaded into the scale body and the handheld device
When installing or replacing the battery, tighten the battery clamp locking screw, check whether the battery clamp is firmly fixed on the scale body, and then close the scale door to prevent accidents. When the meter shows undervoltage, the battery pack should be replaced immediately, and the replaced battery should be charged in time to prevent battery damage. When the battery pack is not used for a long time, it should be charged once at a certain time. The battery should be stored in a dry, ventilated and suitable temperature environment, and avoid contact with corrosive substances. When loading and unloading the battery pack connection wire aviation socket, do not grasp the clamping wire cap with your hand, but should grasp the base, and do not grasp the clamping wire cap on the aviation plug of the power connection on the other side of the transmitter, should grasp the rotating cap of the head for loading and unloading, to prevent the power connection from loosening, causing failure. Before the transmitter is connected to the power supply, the antenna and its feeder must be connected reliably, otherwise the transmitter will be damaged.
(2) To avoid the crane scale by violent pulling and collision
Many electronic components inside the crane scale, such as integrated circuits, quartz crystals, sensors, displays, etc., when the crane scale is severely impacted, these components may be damaged, resulting in the failure of the electronic scale, affecting the accuracy and affecting the normal use of the scale body to avoid collision with other items or falling from the high air, the instrument should be handled lightly, not placed at will. In order to prevent unnecessary losses, vibration reduction measures should be taken when the instrument is fixed on the crane to avoid affecting the reliability.
(3) The components on the crane scale shall not be dismantled at will
When the crane scale is in normal use, do not disassemble the components on the electronic scale at will, let alone open the seal on the sensor, remove the integrated circuit and other components on the instrument, and the necessary maintenance must be carried out under the guidance of the relevant technical personnel or after having certain maintenance knowledge to prevent the expansion of the fault.
