Is tea1716 the same as tea1713?

Although both Tea1716 and Tea1713 belong to the TearDown series of PMIC chips, there are some differences between the two. Compared to Tea1713, Tea1716 can support higher power input and power efficiency, but also has more protection features. For example, inverter protection, instantaneous current protection, etc., can effectively protect the safety and stability of chips and circuits.

In addition, Tea1716 also has features such as asynchronous buck converters, which can provide high efficiency and lower noise energy conversion solutions under large loads. Therefore, although the two have similarities, different application scenarios and needs require targeted selection of appropriate chips to use.

TEA1716 and TEA1713 are not exactly the same. While they are both power management chips from NXP Semiconductors, the TEA1716 is a full-bridge flyback control chip that supports applications with up to 100W of power output, while the TEA1713 is a bipolar switching control chip for low-power LED lighting, heating, motor drives and more. In addition, they have some different characteristics and parameters, such as operating voltage range, output voltage, etc. Therefore, when choosing a power management chip, it is necessary to evaluate and select according to the specific application requirements, and pay attention to distinguish between different models.

Not the same, tea1716 is aluminum alloy material, tea1713 is plastic material
