In our country, the available frequency band of DW1000 falls in the range of 6000--9000, that is, 6Ghz--9Ghz, and other frequency bands are not allowed in our country.

According to the DW1000 product planning book, the frequency band resources of 6Ghz- 9Ghz are 5 and 7 frequency points from the frequency point of view. No other channel is allowed in my country. Therefore, domestic manufacturers that do UWB positioning can only launch on 5 and 7 channels, that is, launch on the 6GMHz spectrum, and the penetration of 6GMHz is obviously much weaker, resulting in the UWB positioning system can not have obvious occlusion, which may be one of the reasons.

However, the power transmission of UWB is relatively low, so it has little impact on the surrounding equipment. However, low transmission power will obviously affect the positioning distance, the basic problem of indoor positioning is not big, are a few meters, outdoor is different, and the transmission power will directly affect the positioning radius of UWB.

When the UWB positioning equipment enters the network, it is necessary to apply for the network license to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which will test the transmission power, stray and other indicators.
