The A16 manufacturing process has been upgraded to 4nm with 16 billion transistors integrated, and for reference, the A15 processor with 5nm has 150 transistors integrated.
At the September 8, 2022 event, Apple officially released the A16 processor, and the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are equipped with a new A16 processor.
