TC118S is a full bridge driver chip with built-in power MOS, continuous normal working current is 1.8A, the stuck current (peak current) is 2.5A, and the silicon source ChipSourceTek-TC118S internal resistance is 1.6Ω, using the SOP8 package in the market.
