The A3950 is a single-chip H-bridge driver chip manufactured by Allegro MicroSystems for DC motor control applications. The chip is powered with a wide voltage range (4.5V to 16V) and provides output capability for continuous 2.0A drive current, while also having multiple protection features such as overheat, undervoltage latch and motor latch.
