I'll tell you. In altium designer, there are many IC manufacturers' libraries. It is divided by the name of the manufacturer. One folder for each vendor's library. This folder is located under the library folder in your altium designer installation directory. Many companies make op-amps. More commonly used ADI company, TI company, NS and so on.
In each company's library folder, the op amp is named in English.
Operation Amplifier is an operational amplifier. Or OP Amplifier. Click Systerm in the bottom right corner of your altium designer, select library, open the library panel, click Install to start the library installation.
Select the library file, select an op amp library installation is good.
