Each chip with a program has its own professional programming tools, and when the program is burned to the chip, if the encryption option is selected, the program in the chip can no longer be read.
There are also some masters through special technology to read the program in the chip, called decryption. Then copy other people's hardware by copying the board, so that you can fully copy other people's products. These are violations of others' intellectual property rights, which are illegal acts and bear legal responsibility.
The chip's programs can be read by specialized instruments, such as the Hilt programmer.
