ICN4853 is an integrated 2-4 decoding, monostable protection circuit, the input signal through the internal cache circuit drive output.
ICN4853 is usually used in two address data input four decoding output monochrome four scan dynamic screen, built-in 8 buffer and 2-4 lines of decoding circuit, input signal detection circuit.
When the A signal is fixed, the line decoding output is turned off to protect the output circuit. The input port has a built-in 5K pull-down resistor.
