ULN2001A, ULN2002A, ULN2003A, ULN2004A, ULQ2003A, and ULQ2004A are a set of high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays consisting of seven NPN Darlington tubes with high voltage output via a common cathode clamp diode. Can be used for inductive load switches.
