How does a two-wire brushless motor run?

A brushless motor usually requires the use of a driver to make it work properly, otherwise a two-wire brushless motor cannot work properly. The reason is that the brushless motor uses an electronic commutator to make the rotor rotate repeatedly between two adjacent magnetic poles, and the electronic commutator needs the support of the driver to work correctly. The driver can control the speed, direction and operation mode of the motor.

The steps to use the driver to control the brushless motor are as follows:

< br >

1. Confirm the rated parameters of the brushless motor, including voltage, current, power, speed and other information.

< br >

2. Select the matching driver and connect it according to the driver instructions. It is usually necessary to connect the three-phase five-wire power supply, brushless motor, driver controller, encoder and other sensors.

3. Set the drive parameters according to the need to control the operation mode of the motor, speed, torque, etc.

< br >

4. Carry out the error correction of the motor to ensure the accuracy and stability of the motor operation.

It should be noted that the two wires of the brushless motor are not used separately, but need to be controlled by the driver to operate normally. If you are not familiar with the drive and control of brushless motors, it is recommended to consult professional technicians for operation.

The main winding generates a changing magnetic field, and the pay winding also generates a magnetic field after the capacitor phase shift, which drives the rotor to rotate.
