L6699d chip working principle:
The L6699D comes in a dual 16-pin SO and DIP package. It is a dual channel adjustable synchronous step-down switching power supply controller, which can output high and low switching signal voltages on both sides to drive two FET tubes. The operating voltage is 8.85~16V, the operating temperature is -40 ~ 150℃, and the power consumption is 0.83W. The control chip is suitable for half-bridge series resonant soft switching converter. The previous generation L6598D has a number of new features, such as a dedicated output directly connected to the power factor corrector (PFC), two-stage overcurrent protection (OCP), self-locking disable input, light load burst mode operation and a power on\/off sequence or undervoltage protection input.
