M5313 chip is a dual-mode NB-IOT\/GSM industrial-grade communication chip based on LCC interface, which can be widely used in low-power data transmission equipment and meets 3GPP Release 13\/14 standard. The M5313 adopts a highly integrated design scheme, integrating RF and baseband on a PCB to complete the functions of radio frequency signal reception, transmission and baseband signal processing. The external LCC interface is used, and the module size is 19.0mm*20.9mm*2.6mm. The M5313 module uses low-power technology, with current as low as 3.4uA in deep sleep mode. The M5313 module is available in single-band and multi-band versions, and customers can choose a dedicated type based on wireless network and support feature configuration.
