3, adjust the valve intake pressure.

To ensure that the opening pressure value is accurate, adjust the medium conditions, such as the type of medium, temperature, etc., to close to the actual operating conditions. With the change of medium type, especially when the medium is different, the opening pressure often changes. When the operating temperature increases, the opening pressure generally decreases. Therefore, in room temperature regulation and for high temperatures, the set pressure at room temperature should be slightly higher than the required opening pressure value.
The adjustment method of pressure regulating valve (also called pressure regulating valve) includes the following steps:
1. Use pressure gauge or pressure detector to measure the working pressure of the system and determine the target pressure that needs to be adjusted.
3. Start the system and observe the actual pressure displayed on the pressure gauge or detector of the pressure adjustment valve. If the actual pressure is lower than the target pressure, turn the pressure adjusting valve clockwise to gradually increase the pressure value; If the actual pressure is higher than the target pressure, turn the pressure adjustment valve counterclockwise to gradually reduce the pressure value.
4. After completing the adjustment, check and adjust repeatedly until the target pressure is reached. During the inspection, attention should be paid to the stability and no leakage of the regulating valve.
5. After the adjustment is completed, pay attention to lock the knob of the pressure adjustment valve to prevent misoperation.
