Huawei's 5G chips do not use etching technology. Etching is a common semiconductor manufacturing process used to etch the desired circuit structure on the surface of a chip. However, Huawei's 5G chips employ advanced process technologies such as FinFET (Fin mode field effect transistor) and SOI (Silicon on Insulator Layer) technology. These technologies can improve the performance and power efficiency of the chip, and do not require the use of etching processes. Therefore, Huawei's 5G chips are not manufactured using etching technology.
