The TPD4135K is a high speed low voltage differential linear regulator chip with 4 pins: input voltage, ground, output voltage and regulation pin. The input voltage ranges from 4.2V to 5.5V and the output voltage ranges from 0.8V to 3.6V. The output voltage can be fine-tuned by adjusting the pin. The chip is capable of delivering up to 3A output current and has overcurrent and overheat protection. Therefore, TPD4135K is often used in mobile devices, communications, embedded systems and other application scenarios, which can effectively protect devices from overvoltage and overcurrent damage.
