BCD is a complex silicon chip manufacturing process, and each BCD process has the advantages of successfully integrating three different manufacturing technologies on the same chip, including bipolar transistors for processing analog signals with high precision, and the following: CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductors) for designing digital control circuits and DMOS (double diffused metal oxide semiconductors) for developing power and high voltage switching devices.
