If you need to measure the quality of the LED constant current power supply chip, you can follow the following steps:

1. Use the resistance (ohm) of the multimeter to test. Connect the two multimeter probes to the positive and negative terminals of the output terminal of the power chip respectively, and observe whether the reading of the multimeter is within the normal range.

2. Use the voltage (DC voltage) of the multimeter to test. Connect the two multimeter probes to the positive and negative terminals of the input terminal of the power chip respectively, and observe whether the reading of the multimeter is within the normal range.

3. Use oscilloscope test to observe whether the waveform of the output end of the power chip is normal, and observe whether the threshold voltage is normal during operation.
