LED chip is an electronic component that is the core component of LED (Light Emitting Diode). LED chips are usually made of semiconductor materials, such as gallium nitride (GaN). When the current passes through the LED chip, it emits light, forming the luminous effect of the LED.
LED chips come in many different sizes and shapes, usually square or round. Their size is usually expressed in millimeters, such as a 1mm x 1mm chip.
Because the LED chip has the advantages of high brightness, high efficiency and long life, it has been widely used in lighting, display, communication and other fields. For example, LED chips can be used to manufacture LED bulbs, LED screens, LED displays and other products.
It should be noted that the LED chip itself can not be directly applied to the actual product, usually need to be combined with other electronic components, such as circuit boards, radiators, lenses, etc., in order to form a complete LED product.
