The LT1175 is a micro-power, low-voltage differential negative voltage regulator. It has a static current of 45μA and decreases to 10μA in shutdown mode. A new reference amplifier topology enables precise DC characteristics and enables excellent loop stability with an extremely wide range of output capacitance values.
With a unique power transistor anti-saturation design, the device achieves very low differential voltage and high efficiency. Adjustable or fixed 5V device versions are available.
