The TEA19161 is packaged in 14-pin dual-in-line (DIP14) plastic. The IC integrates analog circuit and digital circuit inside. In addition to the unit circuit of the general switching power supply control IC such as error amplifier, oscillator, pulse width modulator (PWM), sawtooth wave generator, it also integrates a high voltage start current source, a unique on and off function circuit and a burst mode stand-by circuit. The TEA19161 has three operating modes: normal on\/off mode, burst standby mode and light load power low frequency mode. The working efficiency of switching power supply can be greatly improved by setting the working mode flexibly.
