On May 24, 2023, Power Source Information replied in the interactive platform that the company's self-developed chips include microprocessor MCU, small-capacity memory chip EEPROM, and power device SJ-MOSFET3 series. At present, the company's self-developed small-capacity memory chip EEPROM and power device SJ-MOSFET are normally shipped, and 17 models of self-developed microprocessor MCU products have been mass-produced. In the year 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, the company's self-developed chip sales revenue was 33.73 million yuan and 10.23 million yuan, respectively.
