BP2833D is a high precision step-down LED constant current driver chip. The chip works in the inductive current critical continuous mode, which is suitable for the non-isolated step-down LED constant current power supply with the full range of input voltage from 85Vac to 265Vac.
BP2833D chip integrates 500V power switch inside, adopts the patented drive and current detection mode, the chip has very low working current, no auxiliary winding detection and power supply, only requires few peripheral components, can achieve excellent constant current characteristics, greatly saving the system cost and volume.
BP2833D chip has a high-precision current sampling circuit, and adopts patented constant current control technology to achieve high-precision LED constant current output and excellent line voltage adjustment rate.
The chip works in the inductive current critical mode, and the output current does not change with the inductance and the operating voltage of the LED, achieving excellent load adjustment rate. BP2833D has multiple protection functions, including LED open\/short circuit protection, CS resistance short circuit protection, undervoltage protection, chip temperature overheating regulation, etc. The BP2833D is packaged in DIP-8.
