The Can bus can detect the terminal resistance by measuring the DC resistance, first cutting off the power to all nodes on the CAN bus, and then measuring the DC resistance between CANH and CANL on any node with a multimeter.
Under normal conditions, the resistance value measured should be greater than 60 ohms, but less than 120 ohms. The terminal resistance of the Can bus is in parallel at the two endpoints of the bus, so the theoretical parallel value should be 60 ohms, but considering the existence of wire resistance of the cable, the above reference data is available.
The detection method is to turn off the power supply of the communication circuit, and use a resistance meter in parallel at both ends of the terminal resistor to measure its resistance value.
