Most of the servo drives display zero when they are normal, such as Dongyuan, Mountain, Dongling and other servo drives. The fault code of Dongyuan server displays AL 1 XX, the fault code of Mountain server displays E I F 1 XX, and the fault code of Dongling server displays Err 1 XX. As long as the fault code is detected by the above method, the 0 displayed on the power-on is normal

If this alarm appears immediately, use a new drive. 2) Check the motor cable to ensure that UkV and W are not short-circuited. Connect motor cables correctly. 3) Check the insulation resistance of U, V, W and ground wire respectively. If the insulation is damaged, replace it with a new machine. 4) Check the resistance value between U, V and W of the motor cable. If the resistance value is not balanced, use a new drive. 5) Check whether the UUV and W terminals of the motor are loose or not connected.
