1. The chip has been confirmed damaged. Cut all pins with diagonal pliers, taking care not to hurt the pad. Then weld all the pins with a soldering iron, and solder through the holes until the pad holes are permeable. The disassembly is complete.
2, need to retain the chip. This is the most troublesome, and this is where the technology comes in. One solution is to use a heat gun to evenly blow all pads until the solder melts and remove the chip. Or stack all pads with tin and remove the chips. The key to these two methods is to master the temperature, and the most difficult to master, once the temperature is over, the chip is finished.
