TNY175 is a high-efficiency and low-energy four-terminal single-chip switching Power supply chip launched by Power Company of the United States. The power supply voltage output control mode is changed from traditional PWM pulse width modulation to simple on\/off control, without complex loop compensation design. It integrates 650V power tube (M0SFET), oscillator, 5.85V regulator, current limiting state machine, enable circuit, current limiting point selection circuit, current sampling front blanking circuit, etc., with perfect undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, overtemperature protection functions.
