The 54335A is a 4.5V to 28V input, 3A output, synchronous buck DC-DC converter from Texas Instruments. The input voltage range is between 4.5V and 28V. It integrates a low-side switched field effect transistor (FET), eliminating the need for an external diode and thus reducing the number of components. Improved efficiency with integrated 128mΩ and 84mΩ MOSFETs, low IQ and pulse jump mode at light loads. The power off current can be reduced to 2μA by enabling the pin.
