SDH8303 induction cooker chip is a current mode PWM controller with built-in high voltage starting circuit. In light load will enter the hiccup mode, thus effectively reducing the standby power consumption of the system. It has the function of frequency reduction to further optimize the conversion efficiency under light load conditions. With buffeting function, can improve EMI characteristics. With soft start function, it can reduce the stress of the device and prevent transformer saturation. VDD burp function not only prevents VDD undervoltage restart, but also effectively reduces standby power consumption.
SDH8303 also integrates various abnormal state protection functions, including: VDD undervoltage protection, VDD overvoltage protection, front blanking, output short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, etc. After protection, the circuit will automatically restart until the system is normal, which is a current mode PWM controller with built-in high-voltage MOSFET for switching power supply.
