As the largest chip foundry in the mainland, SMIC has a foundry capacity of more than 100,000 12-inch wafers per month, which translates into about 200 to 300 million chips. Therefore, SMIC must have lithography machines, but SMIC's are duv lithography machines, not high-end euv lithography machines.
