Kirin 990 5G is Huawei's flagship chip released on September 6, 2019, and it is also the world's first flagship 5G SoC chip. It is manufactured by TSMC's 7nm process, with 8-core CPU design, two A76 super cores of 2.86GHz, two A76 large cores of 2.36GHz, and four A55 small cores of 1.95GHz. The GPU is Mali-G76 MP16, supporting 4*16bit LPDDR4X memory and UFS 3.0 flash memory, AI part adopts self-developed Da Vinci architecture NPU, 2 large core and 1 small core, ISP 5.0 image processor, integrated 5G baseband.
