Before the release of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, Mediatek has been the first to release 4 nm process chips.
On November 19, Mediatek released its latest 5G flagship chip, Tiangu9000, which became the world's first mobile phone chip using TSMC's 4-nanometer process. The chip is based on the Armv9 architecture combination and has a high-performance Cortex-X2 super core with a super core frequency of up to 3.05GHz. There are three large 2.85GHz Cortex-A710 cores and four small 1.8GHz Cortex-A510 cores. Mediatek said it will hold a press conference on the flagship strategy and new platform of Tianguet on December 16.
