The Kirin 9000 processor is based on TSMC's 5nm process, which integrates more than 15.3 billion transistors. The CPU part uses one A77 large core with a main frequency of 3.13GHz, three A77 middle core with a main frequency of 2.54GHz, and four A55 small core with a main frequency of 2.04GHz, which exceeds the 3.1GHz main frequency of the Snapdragon 865 Plus processor. The GPU part uses the 24-core Mali-G78 GPU, more than half the number of cores than the Kirin 990 processor Mali-G76, 60% performance improvement, while 25% performance improvement over the Mali-G77, if using the same process, it can also improve 15%, and improve energy efficiency by 10%. 15% improvement in machine learning performance.
