The n4p process is better. 4np is a 4nm process. TSMC's 4nm is actually an advanced version of 5nm. TSMC 5nm family versions are very rich, including standard version N5, performance enhancement version N5P, N4, N4P, N4X, and 4nm is one of them n4, n4p, and so on. So 4np means 4nm process.
