There are currently no 3-nanometer cell phone chips.
At present, 3nm mobile phone chips have not yet been mass-produced, and the highest mobile phone chip manufacturing process is TSMC's 4nm Mediatek Tianji 9000 and Samsung's 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8gen1. Although TSMC and Samsung's 3-nanometer chips have already flowed, they still need to improve the yield to reach the commercial mass production stage.
