The Apple A13 processor uses a 7nm process.
It should be noted that although A13 and A12 are the same 7nm, the 7nm process of A13 is more sophisticated. We can think of it as the second-generation 7nm process, which can also be called 7nm or 7NP. Although the second-generation 7nm uses part of EUV technology, it is not a 7nm EUV process, and make no mistake about it. The Apple A13 integrates 8.5 billion transistors, 23% more than the A12, and the CPU can perform one trillion calculations per second.
