International chips can do 3nm
The chip process to 5nm is already a very big breakthrough, and the world has the ability to manufacture chips below 10nm, only TSMC and Samsung. Both have completed the more advanced 5nm mass production technology, and TSMC is progressing well and will produce 3nm in the second half of 2022. Samsung has also released 3nm chip manufacturing technology.
