2 586 is a fifth generation microprocessor. In the mid-1990s, a new generation of 586 processors came out, in order to get rid of the confusion of the name of the 486 era processor, the largest CPU manufacturer Intel Corporation named its new generation of products Pentium (Pentium) to show the difference.
AMD and Cyrix also introduced K5 and 6x86 processors, respectively. Next, Intel released the Pentium Pro and Pentium MMX in order to impact the server market and strive for the commanding heights of multimedia. The release of so many processors made this relatively short period full of drama, and two layers of change at the technical and market level combined to eventually form a situation of great things to come. Maybe this is what we call a turning point.
