The UCC2732x and UCC3732x series of high-speed dual-channel MOSFET drivers provide 4A peak pull current and 4A peak fill current to provide the most needed efficient MOSFET drive in the Miller flat region. The unique bipolar and MOSFET hybrid output stages are in parallel for efficient pull and fill currents at low supply voltages. A combination of 3 standard logic options is provided - two-way inverting, two-way in-phase, one-way inverting, and one-way in-phase. Input thresholds are based on TTL and CMOS, are independent of supply voltage, and have wide input hysteresis that provides excellent noise protection. The UCC2732x and UCC3732x families are available in standard SOIC-8 (D) or DIP-8 (P) packages as well as a heat-enhanced 8-pin PowerPAD MSOP package (DGN) that significantly reduces thermal resistance to improve long-term reliability.

Very diverse because it has 28 pins, each with a different function. However, in general, the functions of these pins are mainly divided into four categories: data storage, input and output, power supply, and clock.
Therefore, we can choose different pins according to business needs to achieve corresponding functional purposes, such as data storage, input and output, and supply power. In addition, it should be noted that while using the pin of the 27324 chip correctly, it is necessary to ensure that the chip is reliably packaged and circuit designed to avoid equipment failure caused by poor pins.
