There's no such thing as a 0.9-nanometer chip.
There's no such thing as a 0.9nm chip, so there's no way to measure how strong 0.9nm is. At present, the world's most high-end chips can be mass-produced with a process of 4 nm, respectively Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 mobile platform and Mediatek Tianji 9000 chip, and the highest process to be mass-produced is 3 nm. The physical size limit of the chip is greater than 1 nanometer, so there will be no 0.9 nanometer chip at all.
