Chip process specifications are mainly 3nm (nano, the same below), 5nm, 7nm, 14nm, 28nm, 56nm and so on. At present, TSMC's most advanced 3nm specification has been put into production. At present, the main chip manufacturing process in China is 14nm and 28nm, accounting for more than 90%, mainly used in household appliances, automobiles and other supplies. At present, 28nm and above China can independently develop and produce. The production process of 14nm and below is expected to break through in nearly 2 years.
