Taking TSMC as an example, in the fourth quarter of 2018, the chip order revenue of 10nm and 7nm processes accounted for less than 30%, and the rest were manufactured by 14nm or lower end processes, of which 20\/16nm still accounted for 21%, 28nm was 17%, and 65nm and older processes were 15%. Then there's 10% at 45\/40nm and 8% at 65nm.
In the fourth quarter of 2018, only about 20% of Samsung's order revenue was 10nm and below, and the rest were above 10nm.
