The working principle of the pressure stabilizing pump control box: The pressure stabilizing pump is connected with the pressure relay through three pressure control points (P2, P3, P4) to control its work.

(1) When the pressure regulator pump continues to fill the pipe network with water, the pressure in the pipe network rises, and when the set pressure value P4 (the upper limit of the pressure regulator) is reached, the pressure regulator pump stops working;

(2) If there is leakage in the pipe network or due to other reasons, the pipe network pressure gradually decreases, when it is reduced to the set pressure value P3 (the lower limit of the stable pressure), the stable pressure pump starts again; This cycle is repeated, so that the pipe network pressure is always maintained between P3 and P4;

(3) If the pressure stabilizer pump starts and continues to refill the pipe network, but the pipe network pressure continues to drop, it can be considered that a fire has occurred and the fire water in the pipe network is being used.

Therefore, when the water pressure continues to drop to the set pressure value P2 (the starting pressure point of the fire main pump), the fire main pump will be interlocked and the pressure stabilizer pump will stop working.
