When the clear input is low, the counter clears at the rising edge of the clock pulse. Leading out pin 8 is GND, 16 pin V cc, 1 pin clear end, 2 pin clock, 7 pin p start, 10 pin T start, 9 pin set number, 15 pin traveling wave carry output, 3,4,5,6 is ABCD input, 14, 13, 12, 11 is QA, QB, Qc, QD output.
