The H81 supports only the E3 V3 version, but not the E3 1230 V2 CPU. The two cpus have different CPU slots and are incompatible.
If the user's processor is E3 1230 V3 and cannot be turned on, upgrade the bios and try again.
The E3 1230 V2 CPU can use a motherboard with a B75 or H61 chipset.
Because the E3-1225 is the LGA1155 interface, the future upgrade will add memory at most. SATA and USB interfaces, full load operation will not work. The interfaces are all LGA1150, and the B85 has two more memory slots than the H81, so the two are not compatible.
