The 57th Research Institute of the General Staff Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army was founded in the early 1950s, mainly located in the beautiful and rich western Sichuan Plain - Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.

Chengdu 57 Institute is also known as the 55th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. Is one of China's large electronic device research, development and application research institute, with gallium arsenide microwave millimeter wave monolithic and modular circuit national key laboratory, the national flat panel display engineering technology research center, mainly engaged in microelectronics, optoelectronics, vacuum electronics and MEMS and other fields of various devices, circuits, components and complete system development and production. It covers an area of 215,000 square meters and has fixed assets of more than 900 million yuan.

In the course of nearly 30 years of postgraduate training, we have trained nearly 40 doctors (including joint training) and more than 240 masters. Most of these graduate students are distributed in various positions of my institute and are the backbone of my research.
